We are endorsed by Westide Distribution to support Mesa Boogie and AER Equipment.
We work very closely with Westside and both manufacturer's to ensure any modifications
suggested by them are incorporated at the time of the repair. If we find any
anomolies like unofficial repairs, damaged components etc., we always take
photographic evidence and pass it back to the manufacturer for their advice.
Finally, the Test Report which accompanies the repair is made available to
the manufacturer if there are any queries in the future.
Mesa tend to use fixed biasing. It is therfore essential that
the output tubes are matched to these settings. Sometimes it
is impossible to get valves within this window and then it
is necessary to adjust the fixed biasing. In either case the
valves are selected and barcoded to the amplifier. The barcode
is also printed on the Test Result sheet. This greatly simplifies
valve replacement on subsequent repairs especially when the
amplifier is being used on tour.
You can be reassured that only Manufacturer's approved parts
are used in the repair and this applies to the cosmetic items
like knobs and switches.
